PIOTR WILCZEWSKI WINS IBO IC BELT

Polish super middleweight champion Piotr “Wilk” Wilczewski added another title to his trophy case: International Boxing Organization International champion.

The 32-year-old Wilczewski (28-1,9 KO) of Dzierzoniow, Poland used his superior technical ability to turn back the determined challenge of the 26-year-old Karlo Tabaghua (16-3, 12 KO) of Stockholm, Sweden by way of Sukhumi, Georgia at the Hala Sportowa OSiR in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland.

All three scorecards read 118-110 for Wilczewski. Wilczewski racked up his sixth consecutive win since his only loss to Curtis Stevens last year.
